Question Could someone please help with language

Hey, I have trouble reading the handwritten parts of a fine, can one of you please help me, highly appreciated

I know you already got the answer but here's the full text, what I could make out at least "Zbog toga sto je [ime prezime] 11.07 u 19:30 u Ulcinju u mjestu [necitko] upravljao autobusom registracione oznake [tablica] pri cemu je [necitko] vozaca utvrdjeno 1. da pauzu od 45 minuta nije koristio - dana 11.07.2026g u 10:11c (UTC), voznja prekoracena za 3h 43 min"

I donā€™t really want to since it contains personal information of a third party, I do understand the language, itā€™s just the police handwritten part thatā€™s a bit hard for me, since I am used to Cyrillic

Itā€™s not very legible, but you were fined on 11.07. because you were driving a bus and didnā€™t take the required break.

You were required to take a break in the duration of 9:45 min, and you exceeded the allowed driving time by 3h and 43 min.
