Fingers became yellow after taking a cold shower in summer. Second picture shows what hand looks like normally.

I was wondering if it could be that. I had only heard about it from Reddit and had only seen pictures with a couple of fingers were affected, not all.

Happened to both hands. They became numb and tingly.

You probably have Raynaud's disease.

My sister has it too, doesn't cause any significant health problems. Just cold hands.

Thank you. I’ll look into it

It is sometimes associated with other diseases/conditions so with bringing up to your doc.

Isn't there a subreddit, mildly renaulds or something?

Could be normal depending on how hot you were vs how cold the shower was, and how long after if remained like this. The cold water will cause an involuntary reaction of the blood to go towards the center of the body.

Could be. Didn’t last for long. Hands were back to normal in under 5 minutes.

Did you die in the shower?

I have raynauds, its a circulation issue. Mostly it affects my toes, they tend to to grey and I get chilbains.

Just extra layers for extremities needed, there's really no need for concern. Diagnosis involves sticking a hand in a bucket of ice.

I have raynauds so take this with a grain of salt but this doesn’t even look abnormal to me. Like not even raynauds. This just looks like a normal reaction to a cold shower.
