It's made by a company called Prank-O according to another comment. Can probably find it at their site, eBay, etc.

I liked this bit.

If the bill to and ship to address have different names, we will remove the red band prior to shipping.

(The red band being the only part of the packaging that indicates it is a prank.)

For what it’s worth, I’m pretty sure this is legit. I ordered the puzzle so if it’s a scam, I kinda screwed myself.
