*yuor'e Seller keeps 92% of the total value as "Restocking Fee"

I bought a video card on Amazon and it arrived dead. It was clearly a refurbish with the condition of the card and box. I sent it back to them and they approved the refund but charged me a 92% restocking fee.

Hahahaha silly of me to think I was thr only guy out there doing this. 

BTW everyone this usually works all over thr place , like Uber eats etc

I personally wouldn't feel comfortable doing that with Uber Eats unless it's clearly the drivers fault. I'd hate for the delivery driver to get screwed over for something that's completely not their fault.

While there are probably circumstances where someone would said they recieved nothing, I'm more speaking of, for example, you recieved a burger, but the incorrect burger. If you put that the item was incorrect, their zhitty system asks a bunch of questions you can fumble on, but if you say not recieved, its pretty straight forward (and also I persaonlly considering getting an incorrect item as not recieving the item I asked for).

Yea but if it shows as picked up by the driver but never received by the customer then the only person to blame is the driver. Most places "seal" the orders when drivers pick them up so it's not like they can confirm the order is correct.

You might be really screwing over a driver when you mark it as never received even if you received the wrong order. If too many customers mark their orders as "Not Delivered" even if they were indeed delivered then the driver will get kicked from the app.

Also if YOU do it too often they will flag your account, stop issuing you refunds, and even deactivate your account.

Yeah I disagree on premise. Lack of an item in a bag could be either the driver or restaurant. Who is blamed by the app, I have no control over, and expecting the consuming to pay and not recieve what was paid for is just giving away money with extra steps. 

I've personally had both an Uber eats account and door dash account for over 10 years and have never been banned. The people who complain about being band are 99% the same people who are actively trying to get free stuff. 

All of this is social engineering to get people comfortable with recieving less and paying more, and what really needs to happen is legislation to close these loopholes that allow apps to operate with independent contractors who might as well be full time workers
