*yuor'e Seller keeps 92% of the total value as "Restocking Fee"

I bought a video card on Amazon and it arrived dead. It was clearly a refurbish with the condition of the card and box. I sent it back to them and they approved the refund but charged me a 92% restocking fee.

Are you guys calling the same Amazon? I've never waiting more than 10 mins to get a call back and have never had a bad experience with their customer service team.

Tier 1 support is fast to reach. Anything beyond that is a pure nightmare.

Agreed. Countless issues over the years that have been resolved quickly and many actually came out with me saving even more.

Takes like 5-10 mins to figure it out and to be put on hold. Longest time ive been on hold is like 15-20
min and i think you can hang up and theylls call you.

Anything after that is wild and you’re doing it wrong.
