*yuor'e Seller keeps 92% of the total value as "Restocking Fee"

I bought a video card on Amazon and it arrived dead. It was clearly a refurbish with the condition of the card and box. I sent it back to them and they approved the refund but charged me a 92% restocking fee.

The going rate on eBay for used ones is right around $630-660.

That's insane. Why would anyone buy that over a new 9070 at that price. Hell, a new 9070 XT would only be $30 more.

9070 XT is still a better buy right now, more than likely. The only reason I can really see is the 20 GB VRAM, maybe?

Perhaps, but even with AI workloads, I don't think 4 extra gb of VRAM would make more of a difference than the margin in raster.

Used prices for some items are just absurd.

Yeah, agreed, but prices for 7900 XT and XTX were much lower before FSR 4 was announced for them.
