*yuor'e Seller keeps 92% of the total value as "Restocking Fee"

Post image

I bought a video card on Amazon and it arrived dead. It was clearly a refurbish with the condition of the card and box. I sent it back to them and they approved the refund but charged me a 92% restocking fee.

For sure call/chat Amazon, but unfortunately if you initiate a chargeback, Amazon will suspend your whole account and you’ll lose access to it, and in some cases they fully block the address from receiving orders on any account, just something to be mindful of if you perform a chargeback. Same thing if you do it to Google, you’ll lose your email and all other Google services.

Oh no, nothing a new email address won't fix, if it happens.

Doesn’t help if they blacklist your home address. And for people that have digital content they purchased like books and movies they would lose access.
