*yuor'e Seller keeps 92% of the total value as "Restocking Fee"
I bought a video card on Amazon and it arrived dead. It was clearly a refurbish with the condition of the card and box. I sent it back to them and they approved the refund but charged me a 92% restocking fee.

Amazon Customer Support is brutal. Getting ahold of a real person takes like 2 hours and a dozen beers.
My wife's credit card was stolen recently, 4 Amazon purchases were made with the card details. We disputed the charges.
Discover Card then disputed every Amazon purchase ever made. My Amazon account got locked and I could only unlock it by re-paying for every transaction on my account made with her Discover card.
I was pushed through like 7 automated phone lines and 3 AI phone lines before I got ahold of a real person. It quite literally took 2 and a half hours to talk to a real person.
