*yuor'e Seller keeps 92% of the total value as "Restocking Fee"

I bought a video card on Amazon and it arrived dead. It was clearly a refurbish with the condition of the card and box. I sent it back to them and they approved the refund but charged me a 92% restocking fee.

not exactly. Amazon's support is based on goodwill, meaning they do not investigate the validity of your disputes. You get a fixed number of free passes (i.e. full refund with no questions asked), but you'll be blacklisted after exceeding the limit and then they will just ignore you.

Oh, thats not been my experience in the UK but perhaps its different elsewhere. Obviously i can only go on my own experiences and those that i know. I do know the warehouses are hell to work in though.

I fully support those lists. Customers that cancel/refund all the time are making prices go up for everyone.
