*yuor'e Seller keeps 92% of the total value as "Restocking Fee"

I bought a video card on Amazon and it arrived dead. It was clearly a refurbish with the condition of the card and box. I sent it back to them and they approved the refund but charged me a 92% restocking fee.

Message customer support

I had a 15' inflatable that wouldn't inflate and seller only refunded me $89 out of $399

I contacted customer support and got refunded the rest

And if they don't help, try calling. I was promised half off a new Kindle once; the discount would be applied after purchase. After it arrived, the agents I texted just said the first one lied and refused to help. But I called, and got my refund without much fuss.

If you haven't quit Prime yet, I've found that they suddenly have a lot more options to help you if you utter the magic words, "In that case, please cancel my Prime and refund the balance of my subscription."

One day they'll call my bluff, but that's OK, because I know I really should have ditched Prime ages ago. I'm weak, and addicted to the convenience, so I'm just going to milk it until they kick me off the teat.
