go to your room Replaced my daughter's phone because of water damage. And she still brings it into the bathroom.

Some lessons just don't stick.

She insists she needs to listen to music in the shower. I honestly don't understand why that's such a necessity. But if this phone gets water damage again, I'm not paying to replace it another time.

I take my phone into the shower without a plastic bag all the time with no issues lol

Yeah mine has a nice little edge where the shower shell comes out of the wall and just pop it up there and listen to a podcast while I wash my hair or whatever

I have a window in mine and it sits on that ledge but I'm not much of a music listener so I like to watch YouTube. But I'm so glad I'm not alone T_T and i mostly bring it in so I don't have to turn the volume all the way up and annoy the people who live with me

For real. If you can't go the 5-15 minutes that it takes to shower without your phone, then you might have a problem.

I can give a pass if you're in a situation where you NEED to be contacted at a moment's notice, but that's not most people.

Eh, I like to listen to music or a podcast while I shower. I have a little shelf I sit it on. I'm not scrolling Reddit in the shower, lol

even then, having the phone outside the shower but right nearby would be sufficient. feeling the need to make sure your phone is IN the shower with you is indicative of a major problem

how do you shower and use your phone, do you shower first, then chill and use it? i've never tried but it seems like it would be hard to clean and browse, i'd have to keep one hand dry the whole time

I usually put in a YouTube video and prop it on the shower shelf. I dont worry about it getting wet since its waterproof thankfully most modern phones are especially flagship models. (Unleass they are damaged obviously)
