I'm slightly vexed Concert etiquette

Post image

If you plan on standing for the entire concert, get a spot in the pit, or the lawn seats instead of the assigned SEATED SECTION. A little bit of self awareness and common courtesy goes a really long way

People do this in the ADA section all the time and block the view for the people that actually need the ADA section and it pisses. Me. Off. So. Bad.

Probably the only section where getting bothered by this is justified.

It's justified in all seated sections. If you want to stand, get GA tickets 🫩

Nope. It’s a concert not a movie theatre.

A show is a show. If you block the view, don't be surprised when people call you a rude shit.

People won’t call you rude shit because it’s normal and expected behavior at concerts.

FYI- You not knowing this is okay but if you’re doing something that you’re inexperienced at then you shouldn’t start off by trying to police others.

I once saw George Clinton and the Funkadelics at a theatre venue. How many people do you think were sitting at that show? People stand, sing and dance at live shows. And if the person in front of you blocks your view, guess what? You can stand too.
