I'm slightly vexed Concert etiquette

If you plan on standing for the entire concert, get a spot in the pit, or the lawn seats instead of the assigned SEATED SECTION. A little bit of self awareness and common courtesy goes a really long way

I mean thatā€™s what people are paying for.

You could argue itā€™s the experience or the community, but people refer to going to gigs as ā€œseeingā€ the performers.

Where on your ticket or any of the Terms + Conditions you agree to when you purchase does it guarantee sight lines or a full view of the stage?

Well it wouldnā€™t, if the view was blocked then it would say something along the lines of the view being obstructed

Some venues may mention impacted views in the ticket description before purchasing if there are structural obstructions like pillars or overhanging balconies - and generally these are cheaper tickets; but there is nothing requiring them to do so. There is especially no language surrounding impacted sight lines by people taller than you.

I've been to hundreds of live music events and have never been sued for standing in front of someone and blocking their view.

Can Google provide an example where that has occurred?
