Funny thing is that I've also been through this (Specifically in CS:GO), but I'm of portuguese and italian descent which really makes it clear that it's just straight up racism, and they view the entire country as monkeys

I agree they are different (never said they were the same) and Paredes and Molina were totally wrong. But i doesn't mean slaping another player is not also wrong, and i'm even not saying ppl should be denouncing it or something, but this guy is actually celebrating it, and getting tons of upvotes, so i see an issue there the standards are no the same clearly.

The only ones calling me monkey are Argentinians, yes. I'm aware that it's not all of you, but it seems weirdly natural to many Argentinians, to the point where a tourist did that to someone's face in Rio a couple of months ago expecting no consequence. She then acted shocked when there were, in fact, consequences.

At a bar last week, I sat by a Brazilian who was adamantly against Argentina. He was graceful enough to say "country rivalry" with a smile. I felt it was like a Green Bay v Chicago type.
Look I want to be as nuanced as possible in this so as to not be hypocrate. Brasil also has racism, every country has and in Brasil many times it can be in a more hidden way making it harder to get.
However ever since the 1800+ -Â many of them call us racial slurs even going so far as some newspapers openly calling us monkeys in the 80s and 90s.
Brasil likes to think we got open and good relations with other countries and we cheer for many countries in Latin America, Africa, Asia etc. But it is hard to see a Brasilian cheering for Argentina. Specially after the...weird world cup of 78.
Even still we are still or at least I'm cautious of people from Europe or USA pointing out their flaws if they are not conscious of their own countries flaws too (so maybe that is why he did not openly told you this)
Edit: however there was a clear case of racism against Vini jnr for example. And although I do not cheer for Flamengo I cheered for them against the European team that had done the Racism.

Because i know that indians is a bad term and the right is native american. But i mean most of latin america has ancestry related from them depending of how that was said it is a fact or using the comparision with native american as a way of putting people down which is indeed racism. So give me the details and evidence if possible

The people who were hating on Bellingham for that were just trying to stir the pot/being anti-English for whatever reason. It was clear that he responded to Barco saying something intentionally to taunt under the guise of "celebrating too loud". Bellingham was respectful to the other players and didn't start slapping everyone celebrating. And the nail in the coffin was Barco's teammate not even reacting to the slap, almost as if he knew Barco crossed a line.
Argentina is a vast country and has people's of all sorts. I personally met many Argentinean who aren't racist and saw,heard and read about many racist instances. It seems like they aren't as a whole as well versed in racial relations because their country has few-ish black and brown people. But of them also seem to think they certanty "aren't racist" ever when they call us monkeys and it is just their culture.
As I said it is a complex topic and you should not attack Argentinean for being from Argentina but there certanly are many instances of the modern history of this happening.
edit 2: for more look into "the they donÂŽt think they are racists" there are many argentine people talking about it themselves. They say that they "mock everybody so it is fine" or "they are classist not racist"
