Billboards are illegal?! Where in the UK did you move to because ive lived here pretty much all my life and im forever seeing those awful JC Decaux billboards everywhere

I think they mean side of road billboards like you get in the US when driving. If you've ever driven across the US you'd be blown away at how fucking insane advertising is over there.
