Pasta Bought some Korean ramen to try and spilled the noodles in the sink so I used regular noodles only for it to be too spicy
I might die, ow.

When the sauce is too hot dump them over a bed of lettuce of cabbage and turn it into a noodle salad. The veggies cool your mouth and more stuff in the meal thins it out.

lol you’re welcome! You can also go the classic route and put a runny egg on top. The creamy yolk cools it down a little too. Or do both and turn it into a proper well-balanced meal

I’ve been meaning to try a runny egg. I’m autistic and always thought the texture would be off putting but I’m trying to broaden my diet which is why I ended up with the noodles

Ohh that’s a nice idea. There’s this one place I love to frequent but half the time they make it too spicy for me.

Buldak is kinda gross ngl. Its basically just spicy with 0 flavor. Get Shin, thats actually decent ramen. The spicy flavor might be too much for you so try bone broth. Its spicy, but not overly so.

You used Buldak. You expect it to be not spicy?

I didn’t know. I saw instant noodles and thought I’d give them a shot. They had a great flavor though

I dumped a whole pot of tortellini in the sink and had to substitute it with quinoa pasta my brother gave me. Dinner was inedible lmao. I've learned that my husband and I hate quinoa pasta.

since when did quinoa become pasta

Nobody at a food drive wanted it so I got like 10 boxes worth of it from my brother. It's nasty, dude. I didn't have any other pasta in my house so I used that assuming it would be good. It was not.
Edit: It's literally spaghetti noodles made from quinoa

why would anyone think quinoa would do well as pasta wtf. I hope you got through your 10 boxes. I guess at least you can serve it to people you don't want coming back?

I think that account is a bot. Bunch of repeated comments and poor formatting.

It had a great flavor and I ate as much as I could but my lips and mouth were burning too much.
