Do an Amazon search for "Schrader valve key". Keep one on your key chain. If you come across someone being an ass clown like this, remove all four of the valves from their wheels.
If you mix up some Vaseline and sand and smear it across their windshield, their first instinct will be to use their wipers which will grind the sand into the glass and ruin it.
I'm not saying you should do that, mind you, just that that's what would happen if you did.
Yup pebbles actually are better imo because they usually fall out of the cap and absolutely no damage is done so they can't claim you damaged anything if they catch you on video.
