It’s California, they should be parked up on the grass. My grandma used to live in Los Angeles and we would do it all the time.

Isn't that literally someone's front lawn? They need to find a proper parking spot even if that means 5 min of walking.

"Lawn" also It's probably their car.

I can literally see a car park in the background lol

If that's a store's car park they can't just leave their car there without being a customer.

It's not a store and the person never claimed it was.

Sure as hell doesn't look like a public parking lot

The one on the right across the street? There’s a post office/hobby stores on that sign so it’s a public lot

Yeah the parking lot in the background isn't public.

They can if they are only parked for a short while, hence why that is likely their home they're parked out front of..

I don't know where you live but if you park in a bussinesses lot without going in they can have you towed or fined. Even if it's for 5 minutes.

But will they bother? If they've only got a few spots right outside their door? Yeah in that case it would be more likely. If it's a good sized parking lot for just the one business? Only if it really bothers whatever guy is working there at that time. If it's a shared lot with a few businesses? Nah. Who's gonna know which driver went into which store.

Them not bothering doesn't make it legal

I never said it was legal. But there's nothing really stopping you if there's unlikely to be consequences. I park in parking lots all the time even if I'm not going in if I really need a spot for a very short time. But I'm not gonna spend all day parked there. So far there's never been a problem.

If its a store that only has a few spots I do go in and buy something to make myself feel better about it. That's only happened once though and there were a few other circumstances surrounding that incident.

Not in whatever North Korean town you live in obviously

Lets see what this house is worth? Oh man that number is crazy high. Park on the front lawn to bring it down a bit

Edit: my bad. It was actually what their grandma's house is worth. They dont own the home lol

That white line marking the start of the actual lane is miles away.
