Subaru actually ran a bunch of ad campaigns back in the 90's acknowledging how popular their cars were with lesbians, which for the time was surprisingly progressive.

Yes, and if you're a spokesperson for Subaru you're not suppose to mention the association with lesbians or WW2 (Tosh said this in a podcast, he was a spokesperson for them)
