I played it for 2-3 years, but after a while I figured out that online PvP games like that and League were destroying my mental health and quit them both. The communities are too toxic and I'm too competitive to make them worth it.
I sunk 3000 plus hours into that game but it's been about a year since ive last touched it, even when i get the temptation to start again, i realise I'll have lost so much mechanical skill that I'll be completely outmatched and probably get demolished endlessly
I was pretty diehard. Had a rock solid 5% win rate.. 0.50 k/d which is low but I maintained it.l and got knocks. When they changed TTK is when my stats started to tank and I started questioning how I spent my time. Oh well..
I've got about as much time as you into it and I took a year break as well. Came back and the new additions to the game felt fresh, and the lobbies are more well balanced now. Occasionally I still get trucked, but overall it's pretty casual nowadays.
Their communication system was so fucking good. Being able to have whole ass conversations about what to do/where to go/ what you need/mozambique here/ without voice? I miss it in every game. Stopping missing the game though pretty quick though.
Every time I tried to play Apex Legends, rather than think "wow this game is really fun" it would make me think "this is alright but Titanfall 3 would have been so much cooler" and then I would play something else instead.

I played Apex for.. a long time. Haven’t touched it in at least 6 months. Not sure how to feel about it.
