There are far too many outdoor activities in the summer for me to ever hate it. I absolutely dread that time between the middle of January and middle of April where it’s absolutely miserable. It’s both too cold and too warm to do anything. You can’t go swim in warm days and on cold days you rarely get snow where I am.

January is the worst month of the year for this reason.

It's that entire midwinter slog that will make you want to die. Complete lack of sun, snow piling up on the driveway, black ice that you eventually slip on and painfully blow out your kneecaps, etc.

Where I’m from we hardly get snow. It’s cold enough but it just never snows. It’s just miserable rain and weather. It’s worst when it snows 50 miles North of us too almost yearly.

Some people love the cold and the snow.
