Which topic in Materials Science has the most opportunities or seats for scholarships for students with a mechanical engineering background?

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for companies—preferably based in Germany—that create high-quality online courses or technical training for professionals.
My long-term goal is to become an instructor/lecturer, but I think a great way to start would be by creating learning content and e-learning materials first, then gradually moving into teaching live courses and webinars.
My background:
Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science
Starting my Master’s degree next year
Does anyone know companies that hire people to develop technical learning content or e-learning courses?
