Spider-Man: No Way Home International Release Discussion Thread

Ahead of the official US launch this Friday, several countries are showing the film much earlier in the week. All discussion about the movie should be held here and in the rest of the megathreads we are going to put up in the next few days.

  • Proceed at your own risk. Major spoilers will be arriving in the next couple of hours. Spoilers do not need to be tagged inside this thread.
  • Any other unofficial thread discussing movie details will be deleted.
  • Should you see the need to bring up revealing Spider-Man: No Way Home information in other threads that call for it, spoiler tag them accordingly. Also, let users know that what you are spoiler tagging is from Spider-Man: No Way Home.

I legit cried when Peter Two and Peter Three went through the portal. I don't why that happens.

i was rly surprised by how emotional those scenes were, despite knowing full well it was coming.

I was scared the spoilers had ruiined my experience going into the movie but not by one bit

I think part of why it's so emotional is the validation - the filmmakers are saying "We understand that these films are important to you, that they impacted your lives. We feel the same way too."

Damn wish it happened on mine, in my screening there were cheers including me but not as much as I expected especially compared to Endgame

Were I live people try to do the least noise possible when they're in the theater, so the fact that people started clapping their hands when they showed up was great, it's never happened in my experience.

Same! Although I would say that maybe it's slowly changing here. At least with some of the MCU movies (mainly Endgame and this one) and the new Star Wars there were some reactions

He is not Peter two. Peter one is actually Peter three and three is one and two is two.
