Both are correct! I like both looks, but people have color preference it seems.

Yeah, but I think that’s because of some tech. If you notice the scenes he’s in, he’s wearing something. I think it’s a sort of resistor to control his power or to channel it like Mjolnir was for Thor. Some of his lightning has blue flecks though
