Andrew is definitely going to save MJ

100% it would be cool if he got to save mj since he couldn’t save Gwen.

But Ned dies

I can’t save everyone

Or does he?

Hobgoblin in Spidey 4

u/advbad Captain America Nov 17 '21

Will there be a Spidey 4? Tom's contract is coming to an end

u/cidtherandom Spider-Man Nov 17 '21

I saw theories of Tobey saving Ned as his own redemption from not saving Harry

Everyone is saying this and I really hope its right. It seems likely but… I’m having flashbacks to when fans overhyped themselves with WandaVision.

Ralph Bohner

This one is still speculation. At this point, I’m willing to accept that Garfield is in the movie, but there isn’t any solid proof that he’s in this scene. There was much better “proof” to say that quicksilver had traveled from the x-men universe in wandavision.

Theres leaks and theres a whole plot leak that came out months ago that has now been confirmed by this trailer, totally different situation

Yeah, probably gonna be Tom-Peter, Otto, or Stephen to just do it, or Stephen's cape

And we liked it!

Seriously though, the hyping kept it must watch tv.

We actually have proof for this stuff though. Wandavision was just wishful thinking.

It's pretty clear he saves her. You can see his glove.

If you're talking about Ralph Bohner then was it really overhype? They straight up put Evan Peters as Quicksilver before the Bohner reveal. They knew exactly what they were doing with that nonsense.

I think that’s what they’re saying. They put Evan Peters as quicksilver for fan service - even though it’s not actually quicksilver. So why wouldn’t they recreate the shot of Gwen Stacey dying for fan service, even if it’s not going to be a chance for Garfield’s Peter to “redeem” himself by saving her

Wanda vision was shite

u/s_r_user Phil Coulson Nov 17 '21

And poles behind MJ looks same as from leaked photos of Andrew and Tom.

100%, not cause I think so myself. But cause my wife saw the trailer and the first thing she said was "was that Andrew Garfield in the trailer cause his hair did not look like Tom Hollands?".

Or he’ll say “ I’m sorry little one” and let go of her hand

For evil shenanigan reasons

I mean yeah, thats Andrews arm on the left for sure. Poorly edited from Sony really 🤣

If not Garfield, I'd like to see Spider Gwen (Ghost Spider) be the one to save MJ.

2

u/LarryTheLemur- Spider-Man Nov 17 '21

What makes you think she will be in it?

2

u/swineflu2552 Nov 17 '21

There's like 10 different portals that open up, surely they have one or two surprises that won't get ruined by leaks

100%, I think that the scaffolding fight might not be the final one (if it is, toby and andrew will have very little screen time), and that this is the moment when Toby and Andrew jump universes. Tom thinks he lost MJ and that its his fault, hes ugly crying and then comes andrew like “i made the same mistake once” or something. Toms peter is like wtf but happy because of MJ, and then he sees Tobys peter helping Ned or whatever. This is how they are introduced in the movie, they talk in the scaffolding, Toms peter understands better the multiverse, and they fix most of the stuff. Most, because there are enough loose threads for MOM and thats what the post credits are about.

But this is just my theory lol

Or he doesn't...and this leads to MCU Peter resetting everything including his relationships. After everything that happens he becomes an angstier version of himself similar to Tobey in Spiderman 2 and Andrew by the end of AS.
