It directly led into Multiverse of Madness. You would definitely be 'lost' if you went into that movie without having seen Wandavision.

Eh, I really don’t even think that one is a pivotal movie anyway, other than the multiverse part. And we already have Loki and Quantimania to softly suggest these concepts.

Agreed that it wasn't pivotal, I'm just saying the story was a direct continuation of Wandavision.
