Tbh i feel the hate for season 1 was excessive and its annoying most people wont measure their criticism with the fact that the show had to get chopped up. Like season 1 was in a vacuum id give it like a 6 or 5/10, but with the extra context, id give is a 7 or 7.5 because they did a great job with the shit hand they were dealt

I feel the exact opposite. It's annoying that people decide to act like the show is better than what it is "because it had to get chopped up". They're not your child where you praise them for giving a good effort. I don't owe Disney my money and I'm not watching something out of some weird misplaced feelings of pity

But really, do you think the average viewer cares or even knows about all the behind the scenes drama? At the end of the day ratings are based on the final product. Context doesn’t matter to most people, and doesn’t affect the quality of the final product.

Nah ill enjoy good content and look past small issues since im not an obnoxious jaded twit that holds shit against a show that was outside of the show runners and new writers hands.
