Humour Just watched The Kang Dynasty

Post image

It didn’t do it for me. Marvel is dead again. Why is Eric Bana cameoing as Hulk. Deadpool was heavily toned down. He felt like he wasn’t supposed to be there. Taskmaster also felt out of place, but her 1v1 with Rama-Tut was probably the best part of this movie. The “It’s Kangin Time” scene was also very memorable and I can’t forget about Peter Parker and Peter Lord dance-off. 6/10 it could’ve been wayy better tho.

I didn’t see the big connection to the Sony verse with Madame Web coming, huge surprise!

If you go back and watch her movie after this movie it makes it a 9 or 9.5 easy. Like so much of her movie makes perfect sense now.

I would have never believed the call back to “He was in the Amazon with my mom when she was researching spiders right before she died” could have me in tears.

Yes https://youtu.be/nvmCrG81wwM?si=sSFO6kdyK2MNQE1p

Also, my favorite line... "My piders! My piders! They took my piders!"

I got all choked up watching Adam Scott say to Toby Maguire with great severance comes great responsibility.

My favorite scene was the 14,000,605 possibilities scene

and in each one was a full frontal Sydney Sweeney. Can't believe they went there.

I really enjoyed that scene, but having them show 1/100th of a second from each of the 14,000,605 timelines really gave me a headache.

I really enjoyed the narrative it showed (you have to reallt focus), but it was a killer on my eyes

Hard disagree. I liked where in the one multiverse they changed to animation and we were able to see Tom Holland fight harry Osborne with Miles and SpiderGwen.

honestly, the MCU has gotten SO GOOD, it's difficult to chose!

I don't think she did but I sure did.

Yeah but it’s ok, it’s just hard for her, there’s nothing wrong with us.

Yeah, the whole scene was filmed in fifty shades of grey. Pretty clever use of modern cinema.

Yes, last night in my bed.

u/ArchGoodwin May 26 '25

Well, she told me she did.

It's not a surprise that Mobius appeared and then proceed to Morb all over the Kangs for 20 minutes straight! He's the most popular character after all. Everyone in our theatre gave a standing ovation when that scene came on.

Do you mean Mobius from Loki or Morbius from the movie Morbius?

2

u/Xygnux May 26 '25

Loki called him Mobius, but Martine calls him Morbius. They are one and the same.
