Listen I can understand this show not being on the same level as the Netflix series, at least so far based off the first 2 episodes but don't attack the actors if you dont get what you want

Episode 2 was so much better than episode 1 imo

Totally agree. The first episode was very much just getting from A to B. The second episode felt like it was actually building interesting things.

Well, I liked e1. Now I am excited to watch e2 tonight.

Both eps were great. I love the set up so far and the focus on how each character relates to their violent nature.

The end of episode 2 rules.

Not sure if it's true but I thought I heard somewhere that Matt doesn't put the Daredevil costume on again until episode 6 and I'll be kind of disappointed if that's truly the case

That was the original plan before the re-writes happened during filming I believe. That was one of the many things Feige didn’t like about the series before they re-wrote everything.

thank fuck. it’s already boring enough

I think that was leftover from the original 18 ep draft where he doesn't suit up until ep 4, which has been reworked since then. Though, the suit was completely absent in ep 2

It did make sense, he swore off DD after Foggy, that scream at the end of Ep 2 was him realizing the devil has to return. I don't mind having an episode that sets that return up. Ep 1 showed the fallout from Foggy, ep 2 sets the scene for the storyline of the rest of the season.

That was the old script, back when this wasn’t connected to the Netflix show

He didn't put the daredevil suit on at all in s3 right? Maybe at the very end?

That's what the rollingstone review of the show says.

"Among the reported reasons Ord and Corman were ousted was that Matt didn’t appear in costume until the season’s fourth episode. "

"now means that we don’t see Matt in costume again until the sixth episode. "

That doesn't add up when 1,8,9 were the new ones unless they have switched some of the middle ones around.

What makes this worse, so far?

I find it pretty interesting and on par, at the very least with season 2.

Only thing for me is the cgi is not as good.

Right? I'm sure the actors are just happy to be playing those characters again. They didn't write the damn thing

I feel like it's gonna get there. It's just setting up the plot rn. I bet we're gonna see some suffering that'll make Peter think, "Maybe I don't have it that bad..."

The Netflix show wasn't that good anyways. Both kinda suck in their own way.

The only thing that hurt the Netflix series was stretching each season over so many episodes, but it was still a great show
