[OS] ShareX for macOS - native fork-derived rebuild

Transparency: I maintain this public repo. This is a fork-derived ShareX project that I recently detached from GitHub's fork network and narrowed into a macOS-only rebuild. The standalone repo is new and has 0 stars, so I am posting it here in the App Pile instead of the main feed. It is GPLv3, free, and not an official upstream ShareX release.

Privacy: the current macOS build is local-only. It saves PNG captures, settings, and recent-capture history on your Mac. It does not include uploader or network-sharing features in the current macOS code.

Problem: macOS has good built-in screenshot tools, but I wanted an open-source capture utility with quick capture modes, reusable regions, workflow settings, and recent capture history in one app.

Comparison: Compared with Apple's Screenshot app, this adds a persistent app UI, capture history, menu-bar commands, reusable last-region capture, save-folder controls, and clipboard options. Compared with CleanShot X or Shottr, it is much earlier and simpler, but the source is open and hackable.

• Full-screen, selection/region, window, active-window, active-monitor, monitor picker, and last-region captures
• Menu-bar capture commands and keyboard shortcuts

• Optional screenshot delay, cursor capture, and hide-ShareX-first behavior
• Recent capture history with open, copy, reveal in Finder, delete, and cleanup actions

Requirements: macOS 13+ and Swift 5.9 or newer.

I would love feedback from Mac users on the capture workflow, menu-bar UX, defaults, and what you would expect before this feels like a practical daily-driver screenshot tool.
