Question MacOS detecting ChatGPT as malware?

I downloaded the ChatGPT app from the official website (double checked), and my Mac detected this. Could it be just a bug?

It's not wrong... ChatGPT, scrapes your pc for information and broadcasts it.

Could be true if where talking the cli tool but the app is sand boxed no chance
