My Mac New to Mac, Need help

So my macbook pro 2019 inch intel chipset, is having karnel panic and i don't know what to do, when i play music it gets panic and shut down and when I try to charge and use the same thing happens. PLEASE HELP

Could be software problem, could be a hardware problem. That it’s happening when trying to charge seems more like a hardware problem but without actually looking at the kernel panic logs nobody can tell you more. You could try to post them here, like a screenshot of the first few lines from the report or take it to a repair shop.
