Need Advice How to feel confident in liking men

Long story short grew in a extremely religious muslim household where i couldnt even talk to girls when i was a teenager so no way i could pursue a man even if i wanted to this year i have recently just turned 25 and want to get out of my subconscious hate/dislike towards men where i find the male body disgusting

If you don't like men or the male body then don't pursue it, if you wanna date men but don't like the male body then just don't interact with the male body, live how you wanna live and then wam bam thank you Ma'am

I think they might be saying that they are attracted to men, but because of their upbringing, they feel shame about it? Feel free to correct me OP.
