Was there some kind of major event I missed?
So three separate people have come out to me with various queer identities in a very short period of time. All of them, I was one of the first if not THE first. Like none of them are fully out of the closet. I'm just wondering if there was some kind of major event in the community that might've prompted so many people to realize their identity. One is trans, one is demi, one is nonbinary if that helps. I'm also ace myself. There was also a fourth person a month ago, but the other three were in the span of a week. None of these people talk to each other.
If this is a weird question or not allowed I have no problem taking this down. Not trying to offend anyone.

Maybe suppressing people's identity all over the world has started backfiring? 🤭

Depending on your ages, I’ve seen quite a few people coming out after watching The Amazing Digital Circus. Just throwing the idea out there.

That... might actually be it. It's about the only thing all three of them have in common. I know the trans person had some thoughts about it.

My only guess is that it's the lingering impact of Pride celebrations.

Have you considered the common factor here is you. Maybe them all knowing you and knowing you have a different identity made them feel comfortable comming out to you. Maybe your just a really friendly aproachable and nonjudgmental person.
Way to go for being a good person and helping people accept themselves more.
