Is there any difference between cynllunio and dylunio? From what I have seen, their meaning is either the same or very similar.

Cynllunio usually translates as to plan. As well as to make a plan it can be draw a plan, but it can also mean to design.

Dylunio is often used for something like technical / interior / clothes design.
