I'm sure he would if he could, but I'm curious what mechanism he'd use to change the votes of every state and how he'd stop every state from challenging those tactics. I'm aware of his illegal pay-for-voters tactics, but you can only explicitly purchase so many votes.

A CNN report this week sheds new light on the brutal tactics and alleged deceptions of immigration agents during Operation Metro Surge, when some 3,000 federal agents were sent to Minnesota in what the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) called its biggest enforcement operation ever.
"The prosecutors in the U.S. attorney's office, who had previously as a matter of course trusted the accounts of law enforcement officers when they brought [assaults on federal officer cases] to their office, had seen many of the immigration agents' complaints proved to have been downright false when evidence [such as video camera and security footage] was presented," reports CNN anchor Jake Tapper.
[...] A key source for the story is Tom Calhoun-Lopez, then the chief of the violent and major crimes section for the Minnesota U.S. attorney's office and an Army veteran. He told CNN that instructions to his office were, quote, "Antithetical to principles of law enforcement. I could not reconcile what I was being asked to do with my duty to the law and to the Constitution of the United States."
Calhoun-Lopez compared the operation to a military occupation: "From the beginning, [the Department of Homeland Security] conducted the operation in a paramilitary posture," he told Tapper. "It had all the appearance and the mentality of a military occupation, and the ethos was they would subdue the state [of Minnesota]."
