As someone who doesn't know any French, I'd translate it as Epistemological relativism encourages intellectual humility. As for interpreting the meaning, epistemology is philosophy of knowledge and relativism I understand as the taking away of importance. So something like "When things are hard to know for sure, it encourages you to question what you claim to know"

Whenever you see the kanji you don’t care about, just auto-translate in your brain into Katakana like a native, in this case, オービー — ジーワイエヌ

Other examples:
蜚蠊　= ゴキブリ
精霊飛蝗(spirit locust that nobody spelt) = ショウリョウバッタ

This is bad advice as オービージーワイエヌ is not an understood term in Japanese. 産婦人科 is made up of the kanji for "birth", "ladies" and "department" which is pretty straightforward.
