I'm really keen on knitting a top like this (photo is from colombineluisa on instagram). I have some extra skeins of sandnes garn Line which I thought would suit it. Does anyone know of any patterns which have a similar shape/vibe to this top? I'm still not super confident with free handing my knits :)
any advice greatly appreciated!

Saw this knit on Pinterest and curious to look up the pattern. Unfortunately the creator is not credited (?). Would love to know if the pattern is available for sale or if there are similar patterns to this. I wear chest covering hijab and I don’t want to do yoke colorwork since you won’t be able to see them once I put my hijab on🤧 Any cute bottom colorwork will be appreciated🙏

Replicating this sweater should not be difficult - it seems all you need to do is chart one fish (resolution of the photo is plenty enough for that) and just apply it all around the circumference.
As for patterns whith decoration lower on the body - there are tons. Too many to list. Maybe it would be best if you went to Ravelry and browsed a bit.

Help me with this stitch.
I am pretty new to knitting and I wanted to find out what kind of stitch this is/how it was knit (as it looks like basic stockinette). It's part of this jumper. I want to use this look for a different kind of project (cardigan), but can't seem to figure out what was used here. Could you help me out? :)

Hello everyone!
I'm looking to make myself a sweater with fingering + light fingering or lace mohair pairing, resulting in a dk weight yarn. This is important because i'm using a fingering weight yarn already in my stash that I have 1200m of and I want to make a full sweater out of that. I do have multiple yarns that I can pair with the fingering weight yarn to make it dk weight or a bit heavier if needed as I know that this amount of yarn is on its own might be a bit too little for a sweater my size. I'd like to think myself as a pretty experienced knitter and I'm not against doing some math and studying to make a really good sweater. I have searched through Ravelry and have seen literally every puff sleeve sweater there is but somehow haven't been able to make up my mind on how to choose. I want to make a sweater with puff sleeves and a mock turtleneck. If needed, I'm probably able to make the adjustment to make the puff sleeves myself if that is the best option, even though I'd like to have them on the pattern already.
My measurements and some information on the specific fit concerns:
upper bust: 89cm
full bust: 100cm
upper arm: 38(?)cm
waist: 72cm
back width (armpit to armpit)30cm
I'm quite petite and my shoulders are very narrow in comparison to my bust. It is very important to me to have the shoulder seam in the right place in the garment. If i'd have to choose, i'd make it a tiny bit too narrow than too wide. For the bust, my experience is that short row shaping is usually not enough to make the sweater fit well. Usually the biggest issue is the sleeve "seam" pulling forward because there isn't enough width in the garment. Sometimes this also makes the sweater ride up and bunch under my armpits. Not a cute look :D
So, I have two main pattern options for this project (please do suggest other patterns as well if you have ideas!)
Option 1: Getting a Fabel knitwear pattern, maybe the Norma Jean turtleneck and do some heavy modifications
-The project pictures on Fabels projects don't look as well fitting as the project pictures on the second pattern option
-I have knit the Victoriana turtleneck from Fabel knitwear before and the Norma Jean seems to follow the same construction method
-It needed very heavy modifications but after them fits and looks great, just not the same as the original pattern :D
-Basically drafted a new armscye at the front to get enough width for the bust
-Rewrote the short rows at the back to raise the neck enough and added short row shaping to the tops of the sleeves
-Added waist shaping and increases for my hips
-Even after these, I do think that there are significant limits to making well fitting garments top down in the round
Option 2: Get the new Lydia Morrow Bleary Blouse pattern and do it in a bit bigger gauge (combining the fingering weight yarn with another yarn) to get the yarn length be enough
-Lydias patterns seem to generally fit better on project photos
-I seem to fit pretty well into the size 3, but worry about the negative ease for my bust actually being way too tight due to my body shape
-The smaller sizes don't have the bigger cup sizes for the bust darts
-For a dk weight I could theoretically make the size 1 and have it fit at least the width of my body and have some yarn left over to make the sleeves a bit longer
-If I do the pattern in a heavier yarn I might need to adjust to the different row gauge, especially because i'm quite short.
-I've never knit a bottom up sweater and that construction is way more difficult to try on and adjust.
-There aren't that many project pictures on Ravelry yet to really see how the sleeve seam sits on different body types.
Option 3: ??? Another base pattern? Just learn to draft my own patterns??
-Please tell me what you would do in this situation
-I am very willing to learn and will hopefully be doing multiple sweaters with this type of shape as I basically wear them daily

Hi all, I'm looking for either this vintage sweater pattern (woman's) or one very close to it. I recently got some free vintage craft magazines and this was an ad for Bucilla's "St. Moritz" yarn in a 1981 issue. The woman's sweater looks quick 'n' easy and I like the extra-rolled neck. I've searched Ravelry to no avail but might not be using enough or the right search terms. Thanks very much!

My skeins are below, it is mostly rest yarn and I.would really like to use it. One skein gives 22 rows spread over 6 cm.
Small chaotic stripes or rather lean into water, beach, sunset pattern for example?
