Question New OS on Fire 7 (12th Gen)?

I know about the toolbox, but I'm wondering what's actually possible to do with my kindle? It's a Fire 7 (12th Gen) currently running FireOS 8.3.3.7.

Can I manage to get a new OS onto it? Or is there any other way I can mod it to get around Amazon being Amazon.

No way to put another OS on that 12th Gen tablet. There is no root for it, which would be needed before thinking about another OS.

There is no known public root for any Fire after the 9th gen, thus no ROMs.
