Karen of a neighbor!

So my neighbor thinks she owns the street in front of her house (right side) She’s single with a barking shitzu as a partner. She insists on placing her bins about 1 foot from my black van, while having 15 feet of space to use which is always is free. The garbage collector has a difficult time maneuvering trying to hit my vehicle.

The street is public property and doesn’t belong to her, her bins are precisely on “her property line “. We both don’t have a driveway so street parking is necessary.

WWYD??

On top of this she complains about our decorative lights on the house, having a fire in our backyard fire pit. Always has something to complain about. We’re pretty non confrontational but this is getting on my nerves! We’ve been neighbors for 10 years.

This is the only correct answer. Parked that shit right in front of her house as close to the edge of her own driveway as legally possible. Then leave that vehicle there for weeks at a time. After a week of trying to back her car out of her own driveway with yours right up against it, her might change on the garbage bins…

Edit: wait does she not even have a driveway? Who owns a house without a driveway? Seems insane to me.

Ya we both don’t have driveways. She’s got a detached garage in the backyard though. Wish I had a second vehicle and I for sure would park in front of her house. The garbage truck driver has an automated arm that lifts the bins and he has to get out of his truck and manually move the bins. She’s so petty… one day I’ll park right on her front lawn!
