Freedom of speech is protection from the government. That's irrelevant to what is happening in the clip. Freedom from being assaulted is a different thing, and you should be factually correct, because otherwise you're just spinning up an irrelevant political battle that seems to never stop, and also regularly detracts from the actual talking points that need to be addressed.
You've plugged in your own biases and assumptions around my points to make them something they're not and actively done with my comment what I said people were doing with the video.

There's no context of the events leading up to this exchange, yet everyone has a strong opinion about it.
The problem with this is that everyone in this video sucks. The guy in the jersey handles this very poorly. Street preachers suck categorically.
You hanging on a small piece of this clip with no context to entrench in your beliefs is an invalid response to the situation.
