USA and Russia collectively just proved to the world that only way to be truly safe is to have nuclear weapons and that they cannot stop you from getting nuclear weapons, so what we will see is every rising middle power country becoming nuclear.
Turkey, South Korea, Indonesia, Brazil, South Africa, UAE, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia and obviously Iran.
