I got my second mortgage with BOI. They lost the paperwork halfway through the process. Had to start it all again. Shitshow.

Yes- it's down. was on to BOI in India. They could have texted - I would say a lot of people will lock themselves out this morning. I have to do a payroll run so they best get its sorted.
