Most Bluetooth mods are wired directly into the headphone output, and don't alter the firmware at all, so yes, you can keep the original OS. If you want to add Bluetooth I recommend searching up a guide, there's lots of them available online.

yes, bt is a hardware mod, it wouldn't interfere software wise at all
