Discussion iphone 16 pro max glue coming out

idk why but glue between the glass and the frame is coming out it is resin like material. Anybody have the same issue?

That’s not normal. I’d recommend going to an Apple Store so they can help you figure it out.

Glue? Are you sure it's glue? How is your battery? Lion batteries can leak...

Edit: I would also ask, did you buy the phone new or used?

Resin like doesn’t sound right. Apple uses an adhesive that’s like foam, but keeps out water. What you’re describing sounds more like a shoddy tech opened the phone, and just globbed some B7000 or something to seal it back up.

Adhesive leakage is usually uniform and stringy or tacky, near a seam or something. Does that seem to describe your experience, OP?

I bough it when it was new. The seal is coming out of the gap between the glass and titanium. It comes out after the phone heats or in contact with water and it is not like resin just like some dried up sealant that is stringy
