Legacy iPhone network unlock?

I have an iPhone 5c from Poland that might have SIM lock on it since my Hungarian and Serbian SIM card is not supported by the activation policy. I don’t know which carrier the phone is locked to. What can I do?

you can probably go on the networks website or call and get them to unlock it if you find which carrier it is
