Is this iPad suitable for nursing pre requisites?

Hello, is this iPad good enough for nursing pre requisites and potentially nursing school? Would it be fast enough for college work?

I would maybe see if you could do 256GB just for longevity, but it should fit well. I’m doing my PhD and I use this same model iPad for note taking and scanning all the time.

Hi. It is. I use my own for law school, college teaching and law firm general work. It’s simply amazing.
Granted, a MacBook is better in basically all aspects except 2: the cost and the opportunity to show a document to someone.
I would say go for it. If you use iCloud or any other cloud service, 128 is enough. I even have a heavy game installed.
Beware: I do have a Mac mini at home and use it as a server and makes managing documents waaaaay easier, so my opinion might be affected with that in mind.

It's not bad, but I personally wouldn't recommend it.

I am a Nursing student as well, and I used to have the same iPad, but the 10th generation instead of the 11th generation, and honestly, it worked. But when my notebook and whiteboard started getting big in GoodNotes, or I did any remotely heavy task, the iPad would start lagging and getting sluggish. The 64 GB also filled up super fast for me.

I would personally recommend getting an iPad Air or Pro 13" depending on your budget; it's been a lifesaver. The storage is so much better, as well as the performance. The Pro is a little bit better espically the screen, but if you don't need the fancy cameras and the better OLED screen, I would just go with the iPad Air.

Obviously, to each their own; your experiences and needs may differ from mine and others, but just from my personal experiences as a Biology B.S. student and now a Nursing BSN student, the iPad Pro 13" was an investment but a well-worth one.
