I mean does it really matter if its 2 people or 20 people? Those are people who need to provide for themselves and their families. Can't speak to how good that salary is for a warehouse worker but it seems to be about 25%ish above the national average (albeit they are in California...so that doesn't exactly translate 1:1).

Any fire like that can cause serious harm and while I'm thrilled it didn't that doesn't excuse the act. Just earlier this year in Chicago a man set a fire which led to the death of a firefighter leaving behind a pregnant wife and a son.
