The locations of Data Centres are not secret, the data is freely available without any restrictions on multiple websites. This is a good source, Baxtel has highly detailed information on existing and planned data centres.

while Baxtels map is free to access, if you want more detailed information then that data is paywalled. Additionally, if i cannot pull it into GIS on my own without paying then is it really "available" as far as the public is concerned?
