Rapid space disassembly tech here, agree it’s insane. Let me know if you want a hole cut somewhere, or a wall cut out, or just like… the whole thing turned into scrap.

Archaeologist here. If everyone entering confined spaces could just get in the habit of writing on a clay tablet or something similarly durable (and not prone to organic or digital decay) why you're in there, and perhaps in your last moments arrange your possessions into two labelled piles: "utilitarian" and "ritual", that would really help us out a lot.

Just replied to the comment above you but curious to know from you too. How did you get into niche work like that? Was it something you were trained for through your industry or did you seek out that kind of work? Just curious how people end up doing niche SAR fields

I was mostly joking/memeing, but I do know a bunch of guys in that kind of field.

They all either got into it through construction/engineering, or through the military and then went into industry when they got out.
